Helstrom has some challenging conditions for sustaining life. It is part of a binary sun system. As the planet Helstrom circles around its sun-like star, a larger sun is drawing them both in its massive orbit. In a cycle that lasts 120 Earth years, the planet Helstrom goes through an ice age, when life is only sustainable at the warmest parts of the equator. After 50 years, life will need to flee the sun belt before burning to a crisp by the massive passing star. Thankfully the polar regions go through a lush spring at the same time. Over the next 50 years life can enjoy the shade of the alpine regions. As the massive star fades away, the snows begin and The Great Migration will need to make its way back to the equator, or be trapped in ice.

A captizating planet of adventure and intrigue.

The planet Helstrom is home to a great variety of races and cultures. They must coexist with the challenges of their differences. The only way to survive is to band together.
